On August 18, 2021, Minshan Township held the first "Red Minshan" award and grant granting ceremony, with more than 50 people from the township party and government leaders, the company's general manager Li Dingsheng and the winners attending the ceremony.

The "Red Minshan" award and grant were jointly raised by the company and the Minshan Township Government for more than 100000 yuan, aiming to help students with temporary financial difficulties and excellent character and learning to complete their study and realize their dream of going to college.
