Following the construction of Kunshan Group, our long-awaited team activity officially started on April 25, which is also our first collective outdoor activity. Recently, new partners have joined in one after another, constantly injecting new vitality into our collective. Although they are new acquaintances, we can get to know each other very quickly. This is probably the young look! Let's take a group photo first. Although our team members are relatively small, this is only temporary. To enhance the effective communication between teams and form a positive and coordinated organizational atmosphere; Establish a team spirit and awareness of mutual cooperation and support. We came to the live CS field battlefield and were divided into two groups to fight each other. The members of each group roared and ran in the hail of bullets. At this time, we had no departments, positions, contradictions and estrangement. We were all fighting for the same goal.

After several decisive battles, we went to the jungle exploration and expansion training. During the training, we were afraid and wanted to back down. But with the company and encouragement of all of us, we resolutely insisted on facing, challenging, breaking through many difficulties and reaching the end. It was exciting and breathtaking.


After playing all morning, I was tired, hungry, and it was time to eat. It was time for the firewood stove to come out, and our chefs could show their talents. It seemed that everyone was not idle, the task was assigned well, and the cooperation was tacit.

After the delicious lunch, we walked to the grass skiing project with the joy of the day to experience the happiness of childhood again.

The perfect day ended in this group building activity. We realized that a good team must have mutual encouragement, good interpersonal relationship, warm atmosphere, and passionate youth... These have increased our courage to overcome difficulties and our strength to keep moving forward, so that we know how to communicate and cooperate with others better and effectively.
